What if a different kind of life
was already being lived —
and you just hadn’t seen it yet?
7 Days to a New Life is a gentle online experience for people who feel the pull of something more — more honest, more joyful, more human. Each day: a short reading, a real story from community life, a simple practice, and a quiet group to walk alongside.

Who is this for?
You don’t need to know what you’re looking for yet
This experience is for people who feel, in some quiet way, that the life they have isn’t quite the life they were meant for — and who are willing to look honestly at what else might be possible.
Meaning seekers
You care about meaning, inner peace, and a life that feels more honest than achievement and consumption alone.
Simpler-life explorers
You’re tired of the treadmill. You want to know if a slower, more joyful, more intentional life is actually possible.
Community & ecovillage curious
You wonder if people can really live together with more trust, cooperation, and mutual care — and what that actually looks like day to day.
Alternative-living thinkers
You sense that ordinary life can be organized with more care, simplicity, and cooperation — and you want to see practical examples.
“A life doesn’t change all at once. It changes in small, honest moments of noticing — and then deciding, one step at a time, to move toward what is true.”
— From the Day 7 closing message
What happens in 7 days
One theme a day. One practice. One question.
Each day takes about 20–30 minutes. There’s no homework, no grades, no pressure to keep up. Just a gentle daily rhythm — a reading, a story, a practice, and a question to sit with.
Why a New Life?
We begin with an honest look at what modern life costs us — and what a different life might offer. No dramatic claims. Just permission to take the question seriously.
What Is the Second Home?
An introduction to a real community-life model — not just a theory, but an ongoing experiment in simpler, more cooperative living.
Life in the Second Home
What does an actual day look like? Food from the garden, shared work, free afternoons, and the quiet pleasures of a life with less performance pressure.
What Is Civilization 3.0?
A clear, non-academic look at what a next stage of human civilization could mean — and why it matters to ordinary people right now.
Joy, Freedom, Nature, and Simplicity
We leave the ideas and go outside. One simple, joyful, natural thing. That’s the whole day. Something shifts.
Community, Love, and Cooperation
Can people really live together without control, competition, and possessiveness? We look honestly at what that requires — and what becomes possible.
My Next Honest Step
A gentle closing. Space to reflect on what these 7 days have stirred. An unhurried, no-pressure invitation to continue — or not.
Why this is different
We’re not selling a philosophy.
We’re showing you a life.
What we’re offering is a window into community life as it is being practiced — people growing food, sharing meals, creating things, caring for each other, and exploring a less competitive daily rhythm.
No pressure to join
We’re not asking you to join anything. We’re inviting you to look clearly and decide for yourself.
No belief required
No doctrine to accept. Just real stories, simple practices, and honest reflection.
Real community
Real people. Real daily practices. Not only an idea — an ongoing experiment you can learn about at your own pace.
No hard sell
Day 7 ends with an invitation, not a pitch. A true new life can’t be forced or rushed.
What’s included
Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

Daily practice
One simple thing to do or reflect on. 15 minutes. Something you can actually do today.
Telegram group
A small, quiet group of people walking the same journey. Share as much or as little as you want.
Evening host summaries
Each evening, a warm reflection on what the group shared that day.
Day 7 next-step invitation
An honest, unhurried look at where you can go next — if and when you’re ready.

How much time does it take each day?
About 20–30 minutes for the reading, story, and practice. Sharing in the Telegram group is always optional.
Is this a religious program?
No. It is a reflective online experience about simpler living, community, nature, and personal meaning. No specific religious belief is required.
Will anyone pressure me to join or believe something?
No. You are encouraged to read, research, ask questions freely, and decide for yourself. Sharing in the group is optional, and no one will pressure you to do or believe anything.
Can I visit the physical Second Home?
