The First Step in Implementing Human Civilization 3.0

Human Civilization 2.0 is like the solid ice covering Anahim Lake that I faced every day in January—about one foot thick, strong enough for trucks to drive across. One can imagine how firm and unyielding it is.
How can such solid ice be melted?
Any forced method is powerless. Bombing it, burning it, manually breaking the ice, or using icebreaker ships—all are ineffective. The highest and most effective way is to let the warm spring breeze pass gently over the lake surface. Warmth is the most refined way to dissolve solid ice.
Therefore, the first step in implementing Human Civilization 3.0 is:
“Let the spring breeze melt the solid ice.”
Civilization 2.0 is the “solid ice.” So what is the “spring breeze”?
The Overview of Human Civilization 3.0 is the “spring breeze.”
Spreading the Overview of Human Civilization 3.0, making it known in every household, allowing everyone to understand the content of Civilization 3.0—this is “sending forth the spring breeze.”
Where is the “solid ice” of Civilization 2.0?
It is in people’s hearts.
It is in people’s consciousness.
Letting the “spring breeze” blow into people’s hearts and consciousness is precisely “letting the spring breeze melt the solid ice.”
The solid ice on Anahim Lake cannot be melted by the spring breeze in one day or a few days. Likewise, the “solid ice” in people’s hearts cannot be melted in a short time. If the spring breeze continues to blow, one day the solid ice on Anahim Lake will completely disappear, and the lake surface will once again be filled with geese and ducks playing, with blue waves gently rippling.
Therefore, spreading the Overview of Human Civilization 3.0 through various channels and methods, allowing all people under Heaven to know it, is a crucial step toward realizing the ideal of Human Civilization 3.0.
If this step is done well, twice the result can be achieved with half the effort.
If this step is not done well, twice the effort will bring only half the result.
